Belmont Ave, Downtown (Fairfax Business District)

This area has some of Los Angeles' most different and eccentric homes, and very hilly...(great if you're trying to walk and get in a good workout!) While not an easy walking spot, it is an enjoyable one. You have stores of every possible kind, tanning salons, malls and smoothie shops, hotels, dry cleaners, dog stores and more. Since this area is very close to the area of Santa Monica, it's a great workout to walk to these neighborhoods as theyre in such a close vicinity. If you're in the area, check out William S. Hart Park built and dedicated to former ranch left to the citizens of Weho to enjoy when its cowboy-star owner passed away.
