"Great location to quickly get anywhere in Orlando"

This is a quiet street with friendly neighbors and neat, tidy lawns.
Very convenient access to 408 & 417 toll roads to quickly get anywhere in the Orlando area.
Valencia Community College is three blocks down the road and the University of Central Florida is only 10 minutes away.
Waterford Lakes shopping center provides numerous upscale retail stores and restaurants only 5 miles away.
Overall, this is a very nice place to live in a great location!
