"Great Food and Shops"

Bartow Avenue is filled with restaraunts, shopping, and more, as it is basically smack dab in the middle of the Pelham Bay Plaza. With an Applebee's as well as some smaller chain stores and places to shop, this street is a great place for people living the outer areas to come shopping. It's the closest you'll get to a mall in this section of the city. The metro is kind of far away, but this is a nice neighborhood... albeit with a car!
