Barker Cypress Rd
"Nice place to live."
Barker Cypres is an up and coming street in the booming Cypress Texas. With the addition of a Community College and multiple high class neighborhood Barker Cypress and quickly became the ideal place to raise a family and start a life. There has also been a new state of the art athletic facility built there. Even with the addition of the College traffic is always smooth and fast. The Roads are well taken care of and full of eye candy.

"Excellent location for young families."
Barker Cypress Road is an ideal location for young families and retirees alike. The street offers many nice, large grocery stores that have recently opened. Wonderful family-owned restaurants and the occasional neighborhood bar are wonderful places to stop to eat and relax with friends and family. With a lot of growth in the area, boutique shops have been moving in, which I love for the unique shopping variety.
There are a number of schools in the area, that are part of the CyFair Independent School District, which is known as a conservative, highly ranking school district. I personally attended these schools, as I was raised in the area all of my life.
One negative aspect of Barker Cypress Road is the traffic, which is dreadful during rush hour, particularly around Highway 290. However, the city has been doing construction on the street and installing new traffic lights which are helping. In fact, Cypress North Houston Road was just expanded to Barker Cypress and a new traffic light installed.
