"Small spanish style homes "
Bancroft St is a residential street that runs north to south through San Diego's North Park and South Park communities. The homes are smaller by comparison to the larger colonial homes in the area. St. Augustine High School is at the south end of Bancroft St and is a pretty quiet, residential area. The northern tip of Bancroft intersects with University Ave and is a little busier with coffee shops, restaurants and is near the Uptown District shopping center.
