"Extremely quiet bay side neighborhood."

Ballena Boulevard in Alameda, California is a quiet residential neighborhood made up of mostly attached homes. It is just minutes from the boat harbor making it a mariners dream location. It is so quiet and serene here that it is almost unbelievable. This is an excellent location for ocean lovers and boat owners.
