This neighborhood is easily accessed from either Salem Road or Fox Valley Drive and is just minutes from downtown Rochester. It includes Baihly Hills Drive, Woodland Drive, Baihly Summit Drive, 23rd Ave, Taro Lane, Baihly Heights Drive and Baihly Estates Lane. It is a quiet neighborhood with many mature trees and a large park called Baihly Meadows Park. There are approximately 400 people living in this neighborhood. The median household income is approximately double of the Rochester median household income. The average house sale price is 350,000.
