"One of the shadier streets"
Auburn blvd is a fairly long street and most of if it is known for shady strip clubs and prostition. It's not a street you'd want to drive down at night ( unless that's your kinda thing ) On just one block of Auburn you can hit 4 different strip clubs and a handful of bars.

"Great city living for families"
I haven't lived here in almost ten years but I visited just this last summer and not a whole lot has changed. That is a good thing. The playground is still clean and kid friendly. The people who live on this street are still friendly and neighborly. The traffic is only heavy from around 3 pm to 4pm and there are no stray animals wondering the streets. You really don't even see that many squirrels. Overall, a great place to live for anyone, but best for those with children. Or at least those who like having neighbors who talk about their kids all of the time.

I'm having a look on StreetView on the map and it does look a little run down. What section has worst problem with strip clubs and prostitution?
