Ash St, Bennett

Ash Street in Bennett is a short street that has an apartment complex on the south end, but once you cross over Bennett Avenue there are no homes. The homes on the west side of Birch Street back up to Ash, but the majority of them have tall wooden fences for their back yards. There seems to be room for houses here so I'm not sure why there aren't. On the west side of Ash Street there is a Lutheran church, High Plains Bank, and a post office, which is not located where it shows on the Google map. At the north end of Ash Street there is a very small park with a small playground and an area with about four picnic tables which are all covered. If you walk across the park there is an accountants place, a Chinese food restaurant, and an Italian restaurant. Unless you're looking for a cheap apartment, there really isn't anything on Ash.
