My family really likes Indian Tree off of Wadsworth. It is not too expensive and you do not have to be a member. They are a 18-course golf course.

Arvada proper really only has two choices for golf courses. Indian Tree at 76th and Wadsworth Parkway and Westwoods Golf Club at 66th and Quaker. Indian Tree is older and features a nice 18 hole layout with an additional par 3 couse that is fun. The new clubhouse they built a few years ago is outstanding and a point of difference is that you can rent a Segway instead of a cart. You need to have a class to rent the Segway but it's fun and different. Westwoods Golf Club is a 27 hole layout and more challenging than Indian Tree. Both offer Junior programs in the Spring, Mens and Womens Leagues. Can get a resident card if life in the Arvada city limits for lower golf fees also
