Does the Ralston Creek Trail close at night, or can late-night walkers still enjoy it?

It's open all the time. There really is no type of security and it's not normally patrolled. I live about 1/2 block from the trail and have been there for 22 years. Many of my clients and friends also live near it and use it.I've never seen nor heard about anyone having any problems walking at night through there. However, walking at night through a park with trees, etc. one should always be careful.
