Can anyone tell me what the new Leyden Rock development in Arvada is like?

Homes are going to generally start above 300K and depending on model, additional features, any lot premiums they can go up from there.

Leyden Rock is one of the newest of the communities that are sprouting up on the west side of Arvada along Indiana Street. This one has great accessibility to highways, White Ranch Open Space Park. As the community gets built up it should only get better and better
