Are the neighborhoods surrounding Arvada H.S. nice?

Hi Bronco Fan again.
There are some nice neighborhoods near the high school. These are older homes but for the most part, the neighborhoods have been well maintained. There are some areas near the school that are heavier in rental apartments but other single family areas are good.

BroncoFan Thank you! My husband and I are thinking about moving in the next year or two and are looking at Arvada as one of our choices.
