"Verdant neighborhood, close to Gallup Park and the Huron River, and walking distance from downtown Ann Arbor"

Wooded area, close to Gallup Park and the Huron River, also walking distance from the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. Very much a residential area, but with good access to transportation and retail. Surprisingly rural for an area so close to downtown.
