"Excellent Location but it Will Cost You"
Botelho turns into Alpine Blvd at Alpine’s most southern point. The street is right next to the 680 at this point. On its eastern side are a series of very expensive apartments and the freeway is on the right for a little while, until you come to some office buildings. Across Olympic you have more offices and non-descript stores all the way until it dead ends at Mt. Diablo Blvd. To the left is the entrance to the 24 heading west.
The location makes this a great place to live if you are single or a young couple. You are right across the street from a supermarket and downtown Walnut Creek. Unfortunately, from what I understand, the rents are prohibitively high, so you’d better have really good salary if you want to live here.
