"Boring street in a nice neighborhood. "
There isn't much on Alderton Avenue that will draw a large crowd but it's a nice area and the entire neighborhood has a lot to offer. Alderton has a good deal of small office along the strip mixed with small homes that are well taken care of. It's convenient to major highways for those with cars and public transportation is not hard to come by either. Real Estate office, construction offices and the like are very common finds on the street so potential residents should keep the commercialism in mind.

"On Alderton Street"
This street is filled with realty offices, and given the amount of prime real estate in the area, I think that this would be a great place to settle. You have to have a little in your pocket though, as these homes ain’t sellin’ cheap! If you would like to get to Alderton Street, you can use the 71st Avenue at Forest Hills Subway and access the E, F, V, and J trains. You can also use the M train at 75th Avenue. The rail at Forest Hills is also located at the interesection of 71st Avenue and Greenway Avenue.
