"Quiet Mecca clean."

This street is a great residential location if you want peace and quiet, but still want to be close to the city life. It is a quiet mecca located very near the bustling center of lovely hillcrest and washington heights. It is very clean with lovely landscape. Great value for your money. Lots of cheap places to eat in the v icinity.
