"The Stony Point Neighborhood is super friendly"

Stony Point Landing is a marine community along the shore of Irondequoit Bay. Situated on 54 acres, Stony Point’s topographical variation and elevation relative to Irondequoit Bay offers breathtaking views of Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario.

Stony Point offers diversity of home choices to fit a variety of lifestyles. Our neighborhood is made up of three distinctive home types, Single Family Residences, Townhouses and Patio Homes. The entire community is governed by a Homeowner’s Association.

As a resident of Stony Point, each member enjoys a wealth of recreational amenities including a 156 slip marina, two regulation tennis courts, an in-ground swimming pool overlooking Irondequoit Bay and a 2,500 square foot clubhouse.

The crown jewel of Stony Point is our marina. Boats ranging from small runabouts to 40’ cruisers can be accommodated in the best boat slips in Rochester. Each slip has access to freshwater hookup and 30 amp shore power electric.

A deep keel channel allows safe access to the main waterways of Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario. Several nearby commercial marinas offer fuel, boat launches and various types of boat repair services. Small boat storage racks are also available for a limited number of canoes and kayaks.
