Maize Bend Drive is located in the The Ridge at Scofield Farms neighborhood in North Austin. Maize Bend was the final street to be built out in the Scofield Ridge neighborhood and the final home was completed in late 2002. All homes on this street were built either by David Weekly Homes or Newmark Homes. You can usually tell them apart in two simple ways. The David Weekly Homes have engraved stone address panels and the Newmark Homes have antiqued brass address plates. Newmark also required home buyers to place two trees between the curb and the sidewalks--not the brightest idea, in my opinion.
