Oh, Jane Street. I love Greenwich Village because as the numbers are removed from the street signs, so are some fof the typical New York City stereotypes: cold, dark, big, scary. Jane is anything but. There are beautiful trees, polite people, and a living ambiance that can't really be defined. There are all of the modern conveniences, and some good places to grub: Mi Concina which houses some wonderful Mexican food, El Faro, which is perfect for Spanish Cuisine, Pico Angelo, a great Italian restaurant, and Horatio's, which is delightfully decorated.

Jane Street is close to the following metro stations: A, C, E, L at 8th and 14th Street, 1,2,3 at 14th Street. It is also accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is heavy, and it is a good neighborhood for all people!
