The old south Pearl street area is one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. 10 minutes from downtown, 5 blocks from I-25, and 2 minutes from Wash Park. Real estate prices are average+ and most properties are clean and elegant. This generally holds true for the Wash. Park area.

The really cool thing, for me at least, is that I have coffee just across the street, A tennis court 3 blocks down and two parks within quick walking distance.
