On the 16th block of Kendall st, in Lakewood Colorado, which was mixed with Denver as well, it was on the border, they could not make up their mind as to what they wanted to be. Too many apartments which are dirty and full of trash.
I lived in a white house o...

Looking for some good places to sit down and have a good bite to eat? Wanting to go somewhere and know you are paying for is worth every cent? You want to get something different? Not the same ole taco, hamburger, chicken, it all gets so boring that's for sure...

I've live on Eudora Street for 5 years and am very happy with the block and neighborhood. The proximity to Lindsley Park is great. Access to bus line 10 and 15 for an easy commute downtown. My only complaint is the weird sidewalks between 8th and 13th, they...

The longest running continuous street in the United States. Always in various levels of redevelopment there's a mixture of old classic shops and hip new shops with several small art galleries providing culture. Also a ton of music venues that give you somethin...

It is obvious that most of these reviews are from people who only visit a couple of times a year. 16th Street, while novel, leaves much to be desired.

As someone who lived downtown for a couple of years, I can tell you that the one thing that 16th has plent...

There's plenty of apartments and houses along the street that range from small studios to large homes. There's not as many shops or restaurants but all within walking distance. Plenty of coffee shops though to keep you caffeinated.

A gorgeous street with houses perfect for families who still want to live in the city. The public schools aren't the best but there are private options. There's a lot of character in the street and the houses and plenty of places of worship.

Going straight into downtown Broadway is full of things to do. There's shops, museums, the famous Denver Public Library and more nightclubs than you can imagine.
