This street is very quiet despite its close proximity to Colfax. Walking distance to two major grocery stores, banks, restaurants, other amenities. Three blocks to Colfax bus stops that serve downtown area. Several parks within walking distance as well. Nice community, fairly quiet. Mostly single people or young couples and retirees. Lots of barking dogs, but no one seems to mind.

It looks from the map that you are quite close to a number of hospitals. How are the medical services around the area?
