The neighborhood around Oakhurst Drive is very nice and comfortable. The houses are well sized but you do not get the feeling of sprawl. It really feels like a small commnuity. The views are spectacular and if you are into golf the neighborhood is along a nice golf course. The neighbors are friendly.

An extensive trail system is near by for walks, bike rides etc. Schools are also near by as are all the amenities and shopping you could need.

The neighborhood is convieniently located between Denver and Boulder and trips to either would be easy to do.
