A great mix of families from retired age couples to families that are jsut starting a family.

Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. I have a friend who is a police officer in the area and he tells me we have a very "boring" neighborhood, which is a good thing for us. The city is going to build a new recreation center near the HS and MS.
