The street is alright. The mountain views are the best part of this neighborhood. It is an older neighborhood and not many people maintain there property to help increase the value of the homes in the area. It is not a bad area, but it could be a lot nicer.

...37th way is in a subdivision of typical desert ranch homes built in the late 60's-70's. Overall, it is probably the least expensive place you can live this close to Paradise Valley. It is pretty plain, without many home improvements.

I really enjoy living here, the kids go to school right down the street. The neighbors are all friendly and look out for each other. This is an extremely quiet community no barking dogs or loud neighbors. People are very respectful of their neighbors.

This is the best hidden street in Phoenix that I know of. My family lived barely a mile from this street when I was a child and we didn't know it existed.
