      <title>Only if you were lucky to get a home here</title>
      <description>I visted this street years ago when I was young.  I mean when this devlopment started, and it was so nice.  Few years ago I went down memory lane and I thought to myself it would of been the perfect palce to start my family, but I didnt.       <title>Inexpensive,an "OK" place to start...</title>
      <description>...37th way is in a subdivision of typical desert ranch homes built in the late 60's-70's. Overall, it is probably the least expensive place you can live this close to Paradise Valley. It is pretty plain, without many home improvements.&lt;br /&gt;Apparently a mechanic lives in every other house in the short ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
