Hidden Gem in Kensington Bradfield Lane

Bradfield Lane is quiet and hidden away that noone knows its there. Being off Racecourse Road, its a hidden gem and only 2 minute walk to Newmarket Station and Safeway. Great little place!

Great street to live in.

Tree lined, great in summer. Close to all facilities, including transport, recreation facilities, shopping, schools. Only drawback is the peakhour traffic.

I love our street. Its got a great vibe, excellent cafe's (good for breakfast and lunch and a drink after work....a little lacking for dinner tho)
I have a little baby and have seen a whole new suburb emerge that I never saw when I worked 9-6 its lovely and very neighbourly.
lots of young singles...

Quiet and near everything!

Collett St is great. Just up the road from Racecourse Rd shops, not far from Bellair St and Kensington village. Public transport is great too, Tram Racecourse Rd, and walking distance of TWO train lines (Broady and Upfield).

Slightly noisy dog at around number 60, but quiet apart from that.

Cafe culture, village living, 5 minutes from CBD

Great cafes and lovely village feel. Although there are many infrastructure and amenity issues due to the fact that Kensington is split between two councils (Melbourne and Moonee Valley). Go to http://www.kensingtonassociation.org.au/ and join the cause to have Kensington reunited!
