One of the few remaining parts of Plano that has peace and quiet!!!

Los Rios Boulevard is in East Plano. The neighborhood is populated with $500k to $750k homes mostly housed with families with kids and some affluent couples who prefer to stay in the quieter side of Plano closer to Central Expressway (Hwy-75), which is about 8 minutes away from Los Rios.

The nei...

Nice, friendly neighbourhood

A nice, friendly street though a bit a walk to get to any food or nightlife. Burwood Westfield is around 15 minutes walk away.
Although this street is close to Concord Rd and Homebush Bay Drive you hardly hear the noise due to the street being a dead-end with a concrete wall to block the noise. 5 minutes walk to Rhodes shopping centre. 5 minutes walk to the local school/4 childcare facilities.
Bordering Battery Park City, this street runs from Bowling Green down to South Ferry.
Small apartments, big feel.

Like many other older sections of New York, many of the apartments here were made at a time when less spacious living was preferred. But in New York, such a thing can be easily tolerated, on a street midway between park and high-city living. Across the street is Riverside Park, a place for families,...

Busy Highway during rush hour

We came into the city on Interstate 78. This is a very busy freeway as it is one of the only ways into the city. This highway wraps all through out the city.
If you're lucky enough to get into one of these beautiful brownstones, you will never regret it.
