Can you hear the interstate traffic from the backyards of homes in the Acres Green neighborhoods?

Although it's not apparent on a map, the homes are actually set back quite a bit from C-470 and there is a whole row of businesses blocking them from the highway. I can't imagine they would hear noise from that far away.
