"Recommended for water lovers"
This is a quiet, residential street near the water. Actually it reminds me a lot of City Island. More suburban-seeming than many parts of Brooklyn because it has actual detached houses (many with garages!), but the proximity of the houses will remind you that, yes, you are still in the city. Not enough greenery for me, but again, if you're into the water, this is the place for you.

"On 98th Street"
Similar to other streets in the neighborhood, this is a mainly residential street. I have never liked the idea of living nearby a cemetery, as it just kind of creeped me out. The street itself was kind of loud, with a lot of traffic, and plenty of the small service oriented businesses like the other streets. This street wasn’t really nearby anything of interest, and I don’t think I would plan a visit here on my next trip to Brooklyn.
