98th Ave, Arrowhead Marshland

I have been to here a few times, because my uncle owns a auto body shop here on this street. I have been here during the day in the afternoon only, the latest I have stayed here is till 5 or 6 pm. My uncles told me its not a safe place to be especially at night. He uses chains, lots of locks, and even a watch dog for his store when he closes at night. Its a bit run down and the air is a little musky around the area. A recommendation is to never walk down this street alone, especially at night, and watch out for strangers.
