"The Edge Of Modesto's Downtown"

This street starts waaay over on E. Hatch Rd. and ends on W. Briggsmore Ave. but the best of this street is located between Needham St. and D St. most notable in what I can best describe as modestos downtown is the 10th street plaza which is oddly located on 9th & K St. with parking in between K & L St.
