"Looks nice..."
76th Dr in Marysville is what appears to be a nice neighborhood. It is a newer development above the golf course, in the "hills" of Marysville. It is Mid to upper class residents, and everybody for the most part respects others property. However many of the parentsdrive their children to the bus stops on street corners and sit parked in the car untill the bus comes, as their children, along with their friends yell, scream, and run around other peoples front yards while waiting for the bus. The children also leave food wrappers on the ground and in peoples yards.
There are also some "punks" who have been going around the last few months on this street breaking into cars, egging houses and cars, vandalizing landscaping (tearing down rock walls, ripping out flowers), spray painting cars and a few others nasty things. I feel this is the same group of kids/people who are doing this on a regular basis. I just do not know who.
The houses on this street are built by a builder known as "Harbour homes". These are what seem to be nice pretty houses, but they are very very low quality. On the street, about 10-15 houses are having severe leaking, mold, and other problems with their siding and windows. These homes are only 4-6 years old- these problems should not be happening.
Overall we regret moving to this neighborhood and will be selling and moving again soon. It appears nice, but unfortunatly the bad outweighs the good.
