"On 71st Street"
71st Street in Bay Ridge Brooklyn is mainly residential, with a few small service oriented businesses and stores. The metro train is conveniently located on this street at New Utrecht Avenue (D, M, trains) keeping the street well-connected to the city if you’re thinking of moving to Brooklyn but “living” in Manhattan. I liked the look and feel of the area and the pace of the street, though there was a lot of garbage out and more noise than streets nearby. All in all, a nice street in Brooklyn.

"If You're Thinking Of Moving to Queens"
On 70th Street, you will find several small businesses which are all locally owned and operated. You'll also find a few churches, not to mention a pretty large school. I think that this is a family neighborhood. It was a little run down, but that seems to be common in New York City. I think that the convenience not only on this street, but on ones nearby make the living here quite easy. All in all, I would suggest living here if you are considering moving to the borough of Queens.
