There is not anything but houses in the area. For the most part it is more along the lines of the elderly that live here. There are a few younger people, but it is more of the retirees area of enjoyment. The lack of having things to do in the area is a deterrent for those who like to get out of the house and enjoy something nearby. The neighbors seem friendly, but you won't see them much unless they are outside washing their cars or checking their mail boxes.
