60th St, Sunset Park

There is nothing spectacular about this street. Not as expensive as Manhattan or Downtown Brooklyn but it's not as good of a location especially between 5th and 2nd Avenues. It gets nastier the closer you get to the water. The Gowanus Express Way is located on 3rd Avenue which makes it an extremely dangerous street to cross. It’s an extremely diverse area. This street is a melting pot of cultures. It becomes increasingly diverse the closer you get to the water.
