"On 45th Street"

45th Street is in a nice section of Brooklyn near Sunset Park. This neighborhood is well connected and active, and the street was fairly busy. The street itself has some nice housing options, not to mention is fairly quiet. I really like neighborhoods with parks nearby, and think that this is a great place to live if you're interested in moving to Brooklyn.
