"A Great Place to live."

10th street in Oakland California is right next to the West Oakland BART station. That’s a very good thing, as it will take you straight into the heart of Oakland in about five minutes, because the heart of Oakland is very close. The neighborhood however, is very industrial, right next to the port, but with the BART it’s not hard to get away.
