"Quiet residential street"

This part of D.C. is very residential. It has beautiful old homes that are just a few steps from the Potomac River. Many of the homes are rowhouses, but not in the horrible sense of the depression--they have been updated and are completely livable. It is also just a few minutes from Georgetown University. Beautiful part of town.
