"Good place if your middle class and need a nice safe neighborhood to live in!"

I live on 35th St near 35th Avenue.. close to two different train stations and 4 subway lines (6 on weekends). On this part of 35th there is a movie theater a few blocks away. The only problem I have with this street is that people drive a little bit too fast, but hey it's Queens, everyone drives like a nut out here.
