"Smalle street close to many attractions"

3 rd street SE is one of street that is close to many attractions that is in the center of Washington DC. This street is mostly commercial buildings that are filled with lawyers and other governement buildings. This street is mostly busy throughout the weekdays and this street is closed when there is an event that is going on during the president arrival and the white house.
