3rd St South, University Park

3rd St. South is a busy little street. There is so much to do. It runs along alot of residential streets, but there are alot of places to shop and eat. At the end, there is the water which has a small beach you could take your family if you are interested in the bay, rather than the gulf. Also located here is poynter park which is a great place to take the kids.

Walking down 3rd Street South, I guarantee the first building that catches your eye, and definitely the most prominent, is the Salvador Dali Museum. Again, for all museum and art buffs alike, the Salvador Dali Museum is a must visit, housing the late Spaniard's surrealist works. Having been to the Dali Museum in Spain as well, I have to note the museum in Florida has the highest volume of pieces from the collection of Salvador Dali's works. In a quiet neighborhood, 3rd Street South also houses many hotels and residences, making for a perfect stroll on a warm Florida afternoon.
