"safe, quiet living."

This place is great and so beautiful. You will be looking far and wide if you are looking for a place with nicer, more considerate people. Here is where you want to live if you have children or if you are single, married, or just a person who likes to look outside at a nice view of people enjoying life and looking out for eachother.
