"Perfect for raising kids"

There is a nearby school which is pretty good. The area is strictly residential and has the classic apperance of the rest of the area, quaint houses manicured lawns, friendly residents, kids playing and houses with a lot of curb appeal. It is quite clean and has moderate to no traffic. Being so close to an elementary school adds more reason to raise kids there. And there are plenty of kids out whether it be spring summer or even winter. The playground next to the school is also fun. It has swings, slides etc. and people would readily let you play in their games or teach you how to skateboard, even if they don't know you. The only thing is that at night some older kids come out sometimes and light firecrackers, though they pose no treat to anyone the firecrackers are dangerous, so stay away from the playground at night.
