2nd Ave, Wayne State

Why would they call this pointless, dreary street a boulevard? A boulevard is supposed to be nice. This street is not nice in the least. It's just a grimy and depressing road through a decaying area of parking lots. It always seems like there is construction around here which is never getting finished, and something tells me that it'd be a great area to rob or murder someone, except for the fact that you'd have to be really stupid or really bored to walk through it to begin with. There's no logical reason to go down this street, so just forget about it.
