2 1/2 St Northeast, Fridley

This is a great neighborhood. I call it the horseshoe neighborhood because it has the parkway to the south, the nations largest rail year to the west (which is extremely quiet!! No horns allowed and they have to come into the yard at about 10-15 mph, the only noise I hear is when they "clank" the cars together), and University Ave to the East which has a park on the other side. There are very limited ways to access the "horseshoe" as well which reduces traffic to the area. There are three parks within 3 blocks in nearly any direction. You have all the main grocery chains, discount stores, mom and pop stores, fast food restaurants, sit-down restaurants, etc within 5 min so you are are close to everything without the feeling of being in the middle of everything. Two bus lines within 2 blocks for ease of transportation. Local wireless internet for only $15/month, high speed. Choice of local channels, cable, or satallite for your television viewing. A great place to live.
