The Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture is a must see in Seattle. Located at the University of Washington, the museum focuses on not only exhibits, but research and education as well. The exhibits are constantly changing so I recommend viewing their website if you had a specific collection in mind that you are planning to see. Though all of their collections are amazing and exhibit an array of the traditional and contemporary cultural arts.
