"Great neigborhood for judgement"
I live in this area.
I moved to the city, particularly to this area for the family values. The area is quiet, calm, and very little traffic.
The view of both the Oquirrhs and Rockys is excellent and at the right times the sunrise and set is romantic.
Many of the houses are on a third to half acres giving many opportunities for gardens, flowers, and other outdoor ideas.
The area is still growing. With that we have had many large shopping chains build out here as well as many restaurants, vehicle repair, and even a large hospital coming soon.
There are a couple parks within walking distance but not many outdoor activities without having to drive.
This area is ideal for commited couples, married couples with/without children, and those who are involved with the community.
