"Between SF's 2nd Chinatown and a National Park"

A quiet area right beyond Clement St. (Chinatown) where you can seperate work and the downtown hustle from your home life. And ideal spot for those who love to enjoy the outdoor beauty of the beach, GGNRA, or Golden Gate Park. Take your pick for a great jog or bike ride into any of these natural gems! An abundance of Thai food or Dim Sum just blocks away as well as cafes, French bistros, you name it. There are three major bus lines close by that take you through the city into downtown. Express buses will drop you at work in the financial district in no time.
I'm single and love it, but it is also a great area for families, with a few schools close by & ample backyards in most of the homes, something rare in this city. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves. At night, fog horns from the ships passing under the Golden Gate bridge sing you to sleep...and speaking of fog, it isn't the worst but surely not the place to seek constant sun in the city.
